99 Lives
This is an easy way to get 99 lives. Go to world 3-3 and go to the room with the pots that shoot out red shy-guys. go up onto the top platform and pull out the shell. Carry the shell down to the bottom, where there is a pit with a door in it. This is where you entered the room. Throw the shell into the pit and wait for all of the shy-guys to walk in and get hit by the shell. Watch out for the shy-guys coming from both directions! The best player to use for this cheat is Peach.

Bald Birdo:
Get to a part in the game where you fight Birdo. Jump on her head and press B, as if you were picking a vegetable. You will pick up her Bow. You can either throw it at her, which causes it to appear back on her head, or throw it off the edge or something so she is bald.

Deleted saved game
Hold L + R + Select + Start + A + B and power on the system. Keep the buttons held until you are prompted to delete the existing game.

Easy way getting key to door with out getting killed
When you go in a room and and there is one of those keys and there is a long way to get to the door with the key hole (for instance in level 3-2 or 3.)All you have to do is run until the face pops up then throw the key with B then he will go away. If you hold it too long he will come back but just throw the key then he will go away. Simply keep on repeating this until u get to the locked door. Good Luck!

Free hearts:
Find a giant enemy and throw them. Do not through them off a ledge or into an enemy. A heart will pop out of them. You can do this as many times as needed if you do not kill them.

In-game reset
While playing a game, press Select + Start + A + B.

Screen Off
When playing any gameboy adv.game that can only be played on gameboy adv.push r and select at the same time to turn off the screen (try a few times to get it, it most likely won't turn the screen off the first time.) Than to turn the screen back on push L & select (the screen will probably turn on the first try.) The game pauses and leaves the GBA on. This trick will save power on your GBA.

After jumping on Birdo's egg and are on the bridge jump across onto a bridge another bridge

Suspend game
While playing a game, press Select + R to suspend the game without turning it off. Press Select + L to resume.
Super Mario Brothers 2: Easy coins:
When you use the magic potion to get the mushrooms, do not pick up the surrounding vegetables (which are coins in the magic door) immediately. Instead, find the location in each level where there are the most vegetables that are close together. Drop the magic potion and go in the door. Pick up as many coins as possible. Repeat this once, after doing something that will make the potion reappear (such as climbing a vine, going down a pipe, or entering a door).
Super Mario Brothers 2: Extra lives:
Each time the spinners start in the bonus round, the second symbol in the first slot is always a cherry. If done correctly, you can guarantee yourself an average at least one extra life per coin.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 1-1: Shortcut:
Reach the door to enter the cave, but do not go in. Go left until you reach the platform near the door. Do a super jump to reach the top hill. Go right to reach a vine. Climb it and go up the level to meet Birdo.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 1-2: Shortcut:
In World 1-2, select Luigi, get the carpet, and fly to the land. Instead of getting the key, pick up the hopping Ninja and throw it in front of the door. Then, prepare a squat jump and wait for him to jump high. If done correctly, you should jump and reach the hill above you. Then, run past the first door and enter the second one to fight the Boss.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 1-3: Warp:
At the end of the outside part, there is a vase object. If you carry a red liquid in a bottle and throw it there, you will go down.
Take a potion to the last vase (past the door) and throw it. Enter the new door and then the vase to warp to World 4-1.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 2-2: Extra lives:
Go through the level until you get to the sand waterfall. After you pass that part, you will see a door. Enter and blow up the wall with bombs to find many Shy Guys walking on a mound. There are three plants at this location. You will find a POW in one of them. Throw it on the ground, which will destroy all of the Shy Guys and results in an extra life. Leave, then return and repeat to get as many lives as needed.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 3-1: Easy coins:
In World 3-1, use Toad, because of his lifting power. Fall down the waterfall, onto the platform where the door is at the bottom. Enter the door and get the magic potion. Drop it anywhere where there is a continuous stream of coins. Enter this door, and get as many coins as possible. Go out the door you used to enter, then return, and repeat once.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 3-1: Warp:
After you go into the first door, walk into the hole. There is a piece of land with another door located there. After you are in the door, go to the end, then start picking weeds. The red ones are placed at random but are usually near the back. If you want a lot of coins, just throw it where you found it. If you want to warp, just throw it near the vase object.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 3-3: Extra lives:
Go to the part in the level where you get the key. There will be a shell you have to pull out just outside of the door where you get the key. Pick up the shell. Throw it and jump on it. Let it run you to the very bottom. Jump off the shell at the very last cliff. Go back up one more cliff, where you can pull out the veggie hearts. The Shy Guys will come falling down, because they can fall of the cliff but cannot reach you if you are on another cliff. They will fall down all the way to the shell. The points will keep adding up, until you get an extra life. Just wait until you get 99. The hard part of this trick is to get away from the Shy Guys and the shell. You may lose one life in the process.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 4-1: Quick ending:
On World 4-1, get the Princess. Go up the vine, but go to the left. Run and fly to a secret door. Go through the door and use the bombs to blow up the wall. Then, jump over the top of the screen and run left.

Super Mario Brothers 2: World 4-2: Extra lives:
There is a Giant POW in the level. Use it to kill all of the little porcupines around you. Go up the vine and go back down. Sacrifice your energy to get to the POW and kill them again. Go back up and get the Heart by holding Down for a few seconds and jumping. Repeat the process until you get as many lives as needed.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 4-2: Warp:
Take a potion in the second part of the stage, to the only vase. Enter the door and then the vase to warp to World 6-1.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 4-3: Finding Fry Guy:
Use the Princess in World 4-3. A castle will appear after crossing the lake. Do not enter the castle. Instead, fly further across the lake to find another part of the castle.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 5-2 Unlimited lives and points:
Find the location where there are vases with Shyguys coming out. Place a Mushroom Block down so there is one space between the vase and Mushroom Block. Take the other and stand on top of the block. All the Shyguys will come towards you, and get trapped in the space. When there are five in the space, throw the Mushroom Block you have into the space, killing all five Shyguys. This will give you an extra life, and about 10,000 points.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 5-3: Warp:
After entering the first door, use Luigi to reach the vase at the top. There is also a potion located there. Enter the new door and then the vase to warp to World 7-1.
Super Mario Brothers 2: World 6-3: Shortcut:
In World 6-3, climb the vine or go through the door to get to the next area. Then, instead of going right through the world, go left into the quicksand while holding Left. As soon as you see your character's head disappear. Start jumping to the left. Keep going until you reach a door. Go through the door. You should then be on a cloud. Keep jumping from cloud to cloud until you see the door, then enter it.

To get to Star Road
To get to star road go to Vanilla Dome 1 and you will see two yellow pipes and a block. Jump off Yoshi and hit the block. A ladder will go up to a key. Jump off Yoshi onto the ladder and climb. Put the key in the key hole then you are there. p.s. you can get the Blue, Yellow, and Red Yoshi from Star Road.
Yoshi mode:
Successfully complete the entire game of Super Mario Brothers 2 to unlock Yoshi mode You do not need all the red coins. In Yoshi mode, you must find two Yoshi eggs hidden behind the potion doors. There are two eggs for each stage. Successfully complete the Yoshi Challenge to play as Yoshi. The egg on the hill at the title page will burst open, confirming that you have unlocked Yoshi.

Feed Yoshi ten apples and he'll hatch a power-up(depending on what color he is). A green Yoshihatches a mushroom, blue hatches a cape feather,red hatches a fire flower thing, and yellowhatches an invinsible star.

Is the front door too hard for you? Well there'sa secret exit to lead to his back door. On the2nd level of the Valley of Bowser when you reachthe half point of the level and go into the pipe,keep going and avoid the wings. Once the firstmoving floor moves up, jump up and move to theleft across the screen. (you will be over thescreen!) Eventully you'll make it to the key andkeyhole. Then destory the Valley Fortress to getto the back door. There turn on the light to getpast ninja kitties and lava to get to Bowser.

In Donut Plains 1, if you already have the greenpower switch you should be able to find the Donutsecret 1. Toward the very end of the Donut Plains1, there is a tall green pipe. Jump over it. Onthe other side, there is a little red thing thatwill enable you to walk up the stack of greensquares. At the end of the green squares, thereare a bunch of pipes. Between those pipes, thereare the key and keyhole that lead you to DonutSecret 1. Donut Secret 1 takes place in thewater, so watch out for new water villains!!

This is a very simple and early way to get lives: once you pass 'Yoshi's Island 1 you can go up to the 'Yellow Switch Palace'. Once you're there enter the level. Hop on the 'P' switch and collect all the coins you can. Then press start and select 'save & quit' then load the same file and you can repeat this. I've gotten about 120 lives using this.

1: go to donut plains 1 and go past the checkpoint thing and jump over the hole and go through the green tube on the ground then get the feather then run up the tubes and once you get to the top quickly press a and still holding b and just stay and collect coins. (every 100 coins you get one life).2:go to donut ghost house with the cape and run towards the edge but turn around before you fall off and run back just after the box jump up but just so the cape trails behind you and get to the ledge. Run to the other end of the ledge and fall off go through the door and finish the level. Then you unlock the special level thingy go to the level then once your on yoshi go to either side and go back to the level select screen and go back to the same level and junp into the same one you dot yoshi from and an egg will appear and break open and a green mushroom will be there. (only works if you have yoshi).

When you get to donut plains 2 you go until the second green pipe on the top and jump into it (you can do the other thing that was posted)then you have this football throwing guy jump over him and keep going then there will be this case jump over that and go into the pipe then when you come out you'll be at the end. TADA!

When you find a key in one of the game levels, use it to unlock the secret goal first. Then, go back and play the level again, but this time, carry the key through the main goal. The key will turn into a 1-up mushroom! Use this trick as many times as you like to get extra lives.

On star level 2, where you get the little yellow yoshi there is sort of a glitch. Whatever it is, it can give you up to 20 lives. First make yoshi big by feeding him the annoying red turtle thing the lakuta throws. Go to the end of the level where the finish gate is and cross it , but if you want the lives you need the red turtles following you and also the lakuta make sure they are all in the screen. Then just cross the gate as you normally do. Note: for up to 20 lives you need to do it right you might get 3 or 5 lives first, to know if you did it right there should be a banner that reads, '15 up'.

Super Mario Bros Game Boy Advance Cheats

If you want to get to the Yellow Switch Palace,you'll have to complete Yoshi island #1. When youget there, there's a button that says 'P'. Pressthat and coins will float around. Try and collecta lot then go into the pipe. Just keep walkingand jump on the yellow button with a ! mark onit. You will unlock the yellow boxes with a !mark. Each one has a toad inside!

Once you beat star road go to the bottom righthand coner of the star and a path should leadstraght to Bowser's Castle!!!! GOOD LUCK!!!!

Go to FOREST OF ILLUSION 2 find the key and key-hole, when you put the key in the keyhole a pathshould open up and leads to the Red SwitchPalace!!!

In Donut plains the rock level there is a key hole and a key to get to the red switch palace. When you get to the pipes on that level go in a yellow one and get the blue shell. On the last and the highest of the yellow blocks throw the blue shell benith it and it should sprout a vine. Climb up the vine and tada! you see the key and the keyhole pick the key up and put it in. Good luck!

While riding Yoshi stop on a hill going up andpress down and left or right (depends where youare going) and you will slide up.

First beat Yoshi`s island 2,then go to the begining of Yoshi`s island 2 and dash. Whenholding the red shell, jump, and when your in the air, throw it. You will get lots of points and 1 life. Press start and do the 'Back' option. Then keep repeting the process.

Find the Chocolate Secret in Chocolate world. Goand hit the Midway Tape and then go through thepipe. Hold down to hit all the enemies as you godown. Then die on purpose so you can come backand do it again!

To get infinite lives, you must be the Vannila Dome stage. Next, find the secret stage that leads to the left part. Complete the stage halfway of the green pipe. After that, go up the green pipe and into the Vannila Secret 2. Complete the stage. Make sure you touch the SMALL blue and white pole. Go back to the stage and go left until you see those spikey things. On top of that is a row of boxes. The second box on the left. There should be a grey switch. Take that switch and go between the two flowers that jump up. Press the button and take the coin on the first flower. You must hurry or else you'll have less lives!! Jump on the other platform on the left and a whole bunch of coins will be there instead of the turtles. Collect them in a hurry to get more lives. You can do this as much as you want.The highest lives you can get is 51, 54, or 57.

On 'Forest of Illusion 1' go to the half waypoint. find the box of spinning items. Wait untilthe feather, hit the box and get the star. Runforward and try to het as many enemies aspossible. Wait until the star fades away, a signwill go acrossed the screen saying how many livesyou got. (usually 15-18 lives)If you continuedoing this you'll get more that 500 lives!

Get in the Forest of Illusion. Comlpete Forest ofIllusion 4 until you get to the Forest SecretArea. After completing the Secret Area, Beat thecastle that comes next. If you beat that a starwill apear. Go on the star and push the A botton.Then you'll come acrossed a place of warps andlevels.

To get to Soda Lake you go to cheese bridge areawith a yoshi and a cape. When you get to the endjump and float under the land. Press R to jumpfrom yoshi. Walk and jump until you get to andother pole. Hit the white bar and you got to asoda lake stage.

To get the Blue Switch Palace, Go to forest ofIllusion #2. Go up to the half way point in thatlevel and then go past those spiky guys going insquares. You will come up to 3 spiky guys goingup and down. Go past all of them and then godown. Keep going down all the way to the floor.You will find a yellow box. Hit it and grab thefeather/mushroom inside. Then swim into thetunnel on the left and swim over the fishes head.(If you have the feather spin and kill it andthen go past.) Then quickly swim (if you have themushroom.) and grab the key and put it into thekeyhole before the fish gets you.

To get to the red switch palace go to VanillaDome 2 and as you swim in the 3rd body of water(including the one you fall into in the begining.)You will find 3 '?' boxes and above them are aline of coins. Go a little bit more past that andyou will find another '?' box sticking out of thewater. Go up out of there ( watch out for theturtle guy that falls down on you.) and jump tothe left. There will be a power switch. Grab it(

If you hear that you need to go into a yellowpipe in the 2nd Donut plains level, and get thekey to go to the red switch palace, its wrong.You need to go into the 2nd green pipe hangingfrom the celing in donut plains 2 to get to theother part, and it leads you to the green switchpalace.

Once you collect every last dinosaur coin, they all turn into peach coins so you can collect them all over again.

With luigi and a cape feather, you can fly acrosslevels low enough to fly through the goal gate toget points. If you fly to high and go past it,land and run left.

To get the secret exit, instead of going in thepipe at the end, swim under it and go left.

To get to the red block switch enter Vanilla Dome2, go to the area where there is 2 fishes and amystery block containing a flower on the left sideof a narrow wall. Jump from the block to theright side and then over to the left. Walk leftuntil you find a P-button. Carry it to the leftmost wall, press it, and go through the wall ofcoins, jump over the small area, fall down thefloor of coins, and around the block to the keyand

Find Blue Yoshi in star road 2 and hatch him into and adult.

To unlock yellow yoshi as a playable yoshi, hatch him and grow him into an adult in star road 2.

To fly across every level make sure you have a cape. Fly into the air and continue holding A and B. when Mario/Luigi grabs his cape, keep hitting left. To bomb the ground, grab your cape and hold right.

To unlock the red yoshi find him in star road 1 and raise him to an adult. Then he will become playable.

On the last level in Bowser's castle you will 4doors to choose from. Go into door number 2.After you get through that stage there will be 4more doors to choose from. Go into door number 8then. Hope you have a cape to kill the enemy's.When you have beaten that stage you will godirectly into another stage. Once you beat thatstage you will have fight Bowser.

Secret world is a special map beyond Star Road.When you can get to star road beat all of thelevels until you can get to the level underneaththe little hill at the bottom of the screen.Normally you would have to get a key to pass thelevel and go to the next but here you just haveto get to the goal. The key however gets you thesecret map. When you find the key and get it toits key hole a road leads up from the level ontothe hill and another star appears. Enter it andit will lead you to Special World where thelevels names are words you probly never hear inthe 1990's or 2000's such as Gnarly and Tubular.

Once you have found a star on the world map thatleads you to star road this hint is possible.Once you can get to star road beat all of thestar levels by getting the hiddden keys and onceyou get to the star on the bottom right of thescreen go to it and it leads you right next tobowsers castle and you can beat the game!

The first ghost house that you see in donut land doesn't have path leading to it. In order to get to it you have to go activate the green blocks. After that, go to the first level in donut land and go close to the end. Then you will see a wall of green blocks. Run up that, then you will see a key on the top. Grab the key and put it into the key hole. After that you will be transported to a water level in the donut land lake. Beat that level then you will make it to the Ghost House.

After you have beaten and found all 96 exits goto the map screen press select to go to theresult screen. You'll now have an arrow you canmove to pick a level. Pick a level you want tojump to and press 'A' This makes it real easy tojump to level to collect the dragon coins.

First you need a cape then go to the donut plains ghost house (not the secret one).When you walk in look up and you wil see a platfom. Run back and forth til you have anuff speed and fly to the left. run till you get to the end. Fall down get the 4 lives (optional) and go through the door. If your wondering what the top secret area is it has a yoshi two Mushrooms (feathers if your Big) and two fire flowers.

Once you pick up a Cape Feather in the 1stDounut Plains level return to Yoshi's Island 1.Go through the level until you reach the pointwhere you have to throw the shell up to get the 1-Up green mushroom. Fly up to the cloud walkwayand go to the right end of the walkway. Then runto the other end and take off. While you aregoing up you will see a small platform made ofclouds with a moon on it. Pick up the moon to get3 extra lives. By finishing the level and goingback to it this can be repeated many times.

Go to star world 5 with a cape and make a brick platform and fly until you see a rock cage and get into it go to the end put the key into the hole and tadaaaaaaaa you got the special world it really hard so bring 2 capes.

When you're already on Yoshi and you hit a '?'box on when you get a Yoshi, you'll get a life.
